How to connect with your higher self
It all begins with an idea.
As someone who has travelled the globe, been exposed to high levels of success and oftentimes find myself in the midst of people who have vast amounts of worldly influence - I’ve come to the conclusion that there is nothing more exhilarating than understanding who you are apart from all that is outside of you.
Leaving the physical world to take a peek behind the veil into who you really are is one of the surest ways to find the emotionally fulfilling version of your life path. This will allow you to achieve all you feel you are called to during this incarnation without compromising your God-given individuality, which just so happens to be the best and most abundant part of you.
Before we go deeper, I want to make a disclaimer that this message is not for everybody. There are plenty of people out there who are doing just fine without all this “New Age Energy” in their life and simply won’t take anything of value away from what I write. This message is for people who know that there is more to life than the surface-level things expected of us and don’t want to have to turn into an Afterlife Entity to finally wake up to the best way to enjoy life on Earth.
Today, I will cover my interpretation of what connecting to your higher self means and simple ways to act as that person now and in every moment that you have the ability to experience the beautiful combination of conscious thought, discernment and free will.
Listening To Your Higher Self
Listening to your higher self is the first step to understanding the fullness of who you are. I think we are all well-versed on what it means to be a tax-paying human on Earth who has to take care of responsibilities and meet deadlines. But, I submit to you that that is only a fraction of who you are.
If I were to make a metaphor, I’d say that our physical life, including what others expect of us and tasks we’ve agreed to perform, are like a finger; while understanding who you really are is more like a hand, and the deeper you go, the more parts of the body you’ll discover.
In my discovery of (what people would refer to as) my metaphysical self, or as the above metaphor would call my entire body; I’ve learned that the point of listening to what your higher self is calling you to do, say or believe is the first step of staying connected with who you are. This is a moment-to-moment practice that, overtime, will come naturally.
While it’s become common for life to cause you to feel stuck, the truth is that the realm of possibilities of life changes very frequently. We often feel trapped in repetitive cycles, and once you’ve reached this point, it becomes harder to move with with the natural current of life that you are meant to lead. The result of that is feeling like you’re no longer on your destined path. So, how do you listen?
Put Yourself First
I know this may sound crazy to those who have willingly taken on the burden of pleasing others while neglecting yourself, but your joy and everlasting state of wellbeing come before anyone and anything else. This is an important thing to know when you feel pressured to make descisions or n

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
